When we started working on Vendmat, the client wanted to go beyond traditional vending machines and build a smarter, more controlled system. However, several complexities stood in the way:

• Each vending machine had multiple secured chambers, requiring precise control over access after payment.  
• Managing multiple restaurants across different timeframes created scheduling challenges.  
• Real-time coordination between orders, machines, and restaurant refills was critical, especially during peak hours.

The real challenge was: 

How do we connect users, vendors, and physical machines into one synchronized system that works flawlessly in real time? 

We approached Vendmat by designing a system that combines smart automation, real-time syncing, and intuitive user experience.

We built a structured ordering flow where users can:
